Wind Turbine Feasibility

We would like the Town of Needham to generate electricity from wind energy. A key step toward that goal is a wind feasibility study. The study does wind measurements at a possible turbine site over a period of months. The data collected is then used to estimate the amount of electricity that can be generated. That estimate is used in building the business case for construction and operation of a wind turbine.
