- Merchants/coupons
- I'd suggest holding off on this just a bit - we need to have a conversation about fund raising. We will probably want to do some modest fund raising to support some of our activities, since we now have a foundation in place and have been relying on our Steering Committee to cover small costs as they arise. This might include selling Green Needham items (e.g. T-shirts) or co-op arrangements where people who buy certain items or use certain merchants get a discount and we get a donation (e.g. the discussion with Rick at Needham Oil). These small fund raising efforts can and should also be vehicles to publicize Green Needham and its activities (like the 10% Challenge). So we'll want to establish some goals, guidelines and plans.
