Fall Forum e-mail follow-up for the 10% Challenge:

I've created a Constant Contact list called Fall Forum 10%. This is the list Eleanor provided of the people who signed up for the 10% Challenge at the Fall Forum (with people who had taken the challenge removed, at least as of around 1/29).
Eleanor - you asked in a previous note whether the LWV should send out the 10% Challenge Reminder to Fall Forum participants. That's fine if someone wants to take it on. [Note from Eleanor: Let's just have GNC send the email]
If not, I will need your approval or edits to the template. Once I have that, I will send the e-mail to the Fall Forum participants. Done by Eleanor 3/4/09

What do you think of including something like the following at the bottom - "this is a one-time e-mail we're sending because you expressed interest in the 10% Challenge at the LWV Fall Forum...if you are not already a member of Green Needham, we hope you'll consider joining us to support making Needham a more sustainable community"? [Note from Eleanor: I don't think this is necessary.]

I don't have a suggested text for the Harvest Fair. You can provide edits to the Fall Forum template if that's easiest. Done by Eleanor 3/5/09: edits put on wiki and sent to Michael
