Ideas for possible follow-up
One approach is to develop information targeted to specific areas in the challenge, then send those to people who've selected those areas as helpful reminders and follow-up.. Doing that might include:
- Analyzing the data to identify the areas to focus on first
- Researching suggestions for getting savings in those areas
- Identifying and soliciting ideas from 10% Challenge participants and Green Needham members on how they achieved savings
- Deciding how best and how often to communicate with people
Another area is tracking overall participation and success, then publicizing it. We need to create a place on the web page for this. A related area is tracking group participation and success.
